Asthanga second series. This is only for people who are comfortable with the full primary series in the Asthanga system and certainly not for beginners! This class we are working through the first half of Ashtanga Intermediate Series which incorporates Pashasana, Krounchasana and backbends. Some of these poses are a work in progress as Nichi shares her own modifications. Full standing and finishing sequences are included.
