This is class 1 of a short 3-part series focusing on the Ashtanga second series. This is only for people who are comfortable with the full primary series in the Ashtanga system and not for beginners. If you're new to Ashtanga, take a look at Nichi's Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga for Beginners program.
In this class we work through the first half of Ashtanga Intermediate Series. Some of these poses are a work in progress as Nichi shares her own modifications. Full standing and finishing sequences are included.
