All our credit card transactions are secure and processed by our Payment Service Providers: Buckaroo B.V. and Adyen N.V.. EkhartYoga does not store your payment details.
When subscribing, our Payment Service Provider will display the payment options available to you depending on your location and/or membership history. Some or all of these payment types will be available to you: Mastercard, Visa, American Express, PayPal, iDeal, Vpay, Sofort, Bancontact, and SEPA. 
If you are paying by iDeal, Vpay, Sofort, Bancontact, or SEPA, our Payment Service Provider, Adyen N.V., may require a test transaction of 1¢ or 10¢ to verify your details. If so, the test transaction amount will be refunded straight back to you.
Your monthly subscription is automatically renewed each month so you will be charged at the end of every subscription period until you decide to cancel your account. For most payment methods you will be automatically charged around 24 hours before your new month begins. If you are paying through iDeal your payments will be taken around 72 hours before due to longer bank processing times.

For credit card payments:

  • Please make sure your card is enabled for E-Commerce transactions and ‘international transactions’. Also, ensure your card has not expired.
  • Most issuers (Visa, Mastercard or Amex) don’t allow automatically recurring payments with prepaid credit cards. Although it is sometimes possible to pay for the first month of a subscription, the first recurring payment will subsequently fail.

For PayPal:

  • Please make sure your PayPal account is verified and set up to enable automatically recurring payments. PayPal has different ways to verify your account, depending on the country you are registered in. Although it is sometimes possible to pay for the first month of a subscription, the first recurring payment will subsequently fail if your PayPal account isn’t verified.

    Click Get Verified in the Status field below your name.
    Follow the steps to complete the process.

If your payment method is declined our payment service providers will retry the charge.
