Freeing the muscles of the front body

Release, lengthen, realign and balance the muscles of your front body. Heaven for tight, rounded shoulders, hyperkyphosis (over rounding of the upper back), shortened hip flexors (from too much sitting), restricted breathing, stress and anxiety. Also addresses glute and hamstring imbalances. Use as a prep for back-bends. Especially useful for cyclists who don't sit upright.
