What to expect
Three classes a week between 45 and 70 minutes long. You'll find a mix of teachers with classes from Esther Ekhart, José de Groot, Anat Geiger, Marcel van de Vis Heil, David Lurey and Rose Ooijen.
Who is it for?
The Yin Yang Yoga program is suitable for all levels. Our teachers will offer different variations in the more advanced poses so it's accessible for everyone.
