Basic backbend postures class

For this class, have 2 blocks and a blanket to sit on. This class will introduce yoga's basic backbends in a progressive flow that takes you from a warm-up of the legs and spine to so-called "baby" backends. Learn what parts of your body need to be engaged and strong while maintaining a flowing breath so you can reach your full expression of the pose in an accessible way.
