This soothing restorative practice is designed to release tension and relax the body and mind. The focus includes forward folding with a final deep relaxation on your back supported by a bolster or pillows.

Open your heart center mindfully with compassion. This easy flowing practice moves through a variety of postures that cultivate openness in the front of the body. Postures include Bridge Pose, Camel, Low and High Lunge with different arm variations. Faith also uses the Lotus Mudra to inspire compassion in the practice.

Faith guides you through a flowing hamstring practice suitable for all levels. It may feel intense at time, this practice will stretch the hamstring gently with the assists of straps and blocks. You will practice half and full split, a variety of forward bends (standing and seated), and even feel a little stretch in your calf muscles.

This Joyful Morning Flow is filled with a simple Sun Salutation to warm up, Breath of Joy to energize the spirit, a standing Warrior sequence and Side Plank for a little strength building. For a final spike of energy, Faith will have you hang out in Forearm Plank while practicing a fire breathwork. Charge your battery and have a joyful day. Blended with a flowing movements in and out of Goddess Pose, you will experience a lovely hip and spinal stretch that will release tense without discomfort. With the support of props, you will find comfort in variations of pigeon pose.

Cultivating stability and strength in the body also creates a strong mind and stability in the rest of your life. There's a beautiful mix of twists, standing, and balancing postures. You will also experience openness in your chest and hips. A short but perfect well-rounded practice.

This the perfect practice to do when you are feeling tired and you need to spice things up. The practice can be done in the morning or mid-day. You will fill the heat building thorough during the flowing sequences of high lunge, chair pose, and spinal twist. To balance the mind and body after this flowing energizing practice, Faith will guide you through alternate nostril breathing. In the end, you will feel energized yet calm.
