The Complete Yoga Program is designed to give you an all-round yoga practice, incorporating 3 key elements of yoga - mobility, strength and relaxation. It will help you build a regular practice routine or get you back on the mat after a break.

What to expect
Each week includes three 30-minute classes focusing on strength, mobility or relaxation, with a 45-minute class at the weekend bringing in all three elements:
1. Flexibility and Mobility: Work on healthy levels of mobility and functional flexibility.
2. Strength and Stability: Challenge your inner and outer strength and cultivate discipline in your practice.
3. Relaxation: Enjoy the benefits of deep relaxation through different yoga and meditation practices.
Classes are from a mix of EkhartYoga teachers in styles including Hatha and Vinyasa flow, Yin yoga, Restorative yoga, meditation and Pranayama.
Who is it for?
This program is for you if you're looking for a nice all-round practice. The program is for all levels so while some classes may be challenging, options are given for different levels. If you're completely new to yoga we recommend starting with Esther Ekhart's Yoga for Beginners Course first.
