These 20 minute yoga classes are ideal to do if you’re enjoying more time outside now lockdown is easing or as morning classes before work.
We recommend aiming for 4 classes a week to keep up your practice and get the benefits. You're free to take longer and work to your own schedule.
The classes are all active, energising, short blasts of physical movement, so they’re also great for combining with meditation and pranayama if you have more time to practice.
