During the holiday season when schedules are often all over the place, it can be difficult to make yoga a part of your day. These bite-sized yoga classes will bring you into your body and into the present moment. Just ten minutes can make such a difference to your mood, mindset and energy levels. Think of them as your apple a day (to blow the cobwebs away!)

We recommend practicing a class every day for five days and then have a break at the weekend - or if your schedule is very busy, aim for at least 3 classes a week to keep you in the habit of rolling out your mat. These classes are also great to combine with longer classes when you have time.
