Introduction

Become more confident on your mat!

These classes have been handpicked by Esther Ekhart to help guide you further in your yoga practice. After practising these classes you'll feel better equipped to explore Level 1-2 and All level classes on EkhartYoga. 

What to expect?

In this programme, you will try out classes with a mix of teachers so you can get to know their different teaching styles. You can expect some active Vinyasa flows, slower paced Hatha, Yin yoga plus an introduction to meditation and Pranayama (breathing techniques). 

Who is it for?

This programme is ideal to follow after completing any other beginner programme on the site and is available to all EkhartYoga members.
