These classes have been handpicked by Esther Ekhart to help guide you further in your yoga practice after you have completed the Yoga for Beginners Course or the Vinyasa Yoga for Beginners Program with Rose van Ooijen. After these classes you'll feel better equipped to explore Level 1-2 and All level classes on EkhartYoga.
What to expect?
In this program, you will try out classes with a mix of teachers so you can get to know their different teaching styles. You can expect some active Vinyasa flows, slower paced Hatha, plus an introduction to meditation and Pranayama (breathing techniques).

This program is ideal to follow after completing beginner program on the site and is available to all EkhartYoga members.
