Spring into Strength
Do you feel you could use some more physical, emotional or mental strength in your daily life? Strength training not only improves our bone health, posture, balance and muscle tone, it also has a positive effect on our mood and confidence too.
Follow our 10-day Spring into Strength programme and discover your inner and outer strength.
What to expect
- 8 strength-focused 30-minute yoga classes. Each class targets a different area of the body.
- 2 all important rest days with optional Yoga Nidra and gentle yoga classes.
- A short, daily meditation on emotional strength, with Esther Ekhart.
- Informative articles to accompany your classes.
Who is it for?
This programme is available to all EkhartYoga members and accessible for all levels. However, if you are completely new to yoga we suggest that you follow one of our yoga programmes for beginners first to get familiar with the basics.
