Join us for daily, 30-minute yoga classes throughout January. This program invites you to return to the simple pleasure of MOVEMENT! Get your endorphins going and your energy flowing - with no other aim than to feel good!
Our bodies are born to move. Be it the breath in our lungs, the blood in our veins, the beat of our heart…our body is moving all of the time. And just by tuning into our breath, mobilising our joints, or feeling our energy flowing, even the simplest of yoga practices can lift our mood, shift our perspective and leave us feeling more alive!
So throughout the month of January, we'd love you to join us for a daily, 30 minute Hatha or Vinyasa flow (and an occasional Yin) class with the simple aim of getting into your body and noticing how it responds when you honour its desire for movement. We’re pretty certain it’ll be with a sparkle!

How do I join?
You have unlimited access to this, and all of our classes and programs, as part of your EkhartYoga membership. Not a member? Register for your free, 2 week trial, then go the the programs page and click 'follow program'.
Who is it for?
This is an All-levels programs meaning it's accessible for most, and different variations of poses may be offered. If you're completely new to yoga, we'd suggest you start with one of our beginners' programs to get more familiar with the foundations of yoga.
Although the suggestion is to practice every day, there's no time limit for finishing the program so if your schedule or energy levels don't allow it, or you'd like to repeat some of the classes, please go at your own pace; the program will be still here for you!
