What to expect
The 30 classes are all around 30 minutes and are a balanced mix of Vinyasa and Hatha yoga for energy, strength and grounding. Every week there's a slower, more therapeutic class to allow your body and mind that all-important rest and relaxation.
Make it your intention just to show up to your mat every day for 30 days. If you wish to skip a class try to do a couple of gentle yoga poses or focus on your breathing for a few minutes to keep up your habit. Then come back to your classes when you can. Try new teachers and styles
