Routines and rituals can give us a sense of stability and security. Establishing a regular yoga practice can also help us to navigate the ups and downs of life with more equanimity and greater resilience.
In this 12 week program we bring you 4 short yoga classes a week to give you a balanced practice of mobility, strength and relaxation. These classes are all around 20-25 minutes to make them easier to schedule into your week, no matter what distractions every day may throw at you!
To get the most from this program we recommend:
- Get your yoga mat ready and set up your home yoga space
- Consider dedicating a journal to this period of practice
- Schedule in the time for your classes and reflection at the beginning of each week. Try to be as specific as you can about the day and time
