Routines and rituals provide us a sense of stability and security.
In this 12 week program we bring you 4 short yoga classes a week giving you a balanced practice of mobility, strength and relaxation.
These classes are all around 20-25 minutes to make them easier to schedule into your week, no matter what distractions life brings to your regular routine.
To get the most from this program we recommend:
- Get your yoga mat ready and set up your home yoga space
- Consider dedicating a journal to this period of practice
- Schedule in the time for your classes and reflection at the beginning of each week. Try to be as specific as you can about the day and time

Who is it for?
This is a mixed level program with something for everyone. If you have never done yoga before we recommend starting with our Yoga for Beginners program with Esther Ekhart.
